We bring 28 years of experience to the challenge of finding the right au pair for each family. We save you the trouble of searching databases and competing with other families for au pairs whose listings sound good. We are selective about the au pair candidates that we introduce. We follow up each placement and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
We work with trusted partner agencies overseas to offer ‘pre-select’ au pair applicants who are thoroughly screened with police checks, first aid qualifications and references. As this type of applicant is not available at some times of the year, we also interview and screen ‘here now’ au pair applicants in our Sydney office, allowing us to find au pairs at any time of the year. We focus on Sydney but can place au pairs elsewhere in Australia.
